Email team@tryarq.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or payment-card details.

Accounts and saved places

Use Settings → Account & places to manage your account, saved places, sign out, or request account deletion. Use the same sign-in method to access your existing account.

Mapsy Plus

Plus unlocks turn-by-turn navigation in themed worlds. To restore a purchase, use Restore Purchases on the membership screen with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Manage or cancel billing in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mapsy. Deleting your Mapsy account does not cancel an Apple subscription. For an Apple refund request, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Location and navigation

Allow Mapsy to access your location in iPhone Settings and enable Precise Location for accurate guidance. If directions are unavailable, check your internet connection and location permissions. Report an incorrect route with the approximate area and issue; do not include your home address unless needed.
